Terms & Conditions – takabd User Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the takabd platform — including but not limited to the website at takabd.club, any associated mobile-optimised interface, the casino section, the sportsbook, crash game titles, or any takabd promotional material — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with takabd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use takabd services in any capacity. If you access takabd on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

takabd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice beyond a reasonable on-platform notification. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at takabd.club/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the takabd platform after any revision is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Use of the takabd platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and continue to be satisfied throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. takabd is strictly an adult gaming platform. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or claim bonuses under any circumstances.
• You are registering your account voluntarily and in your own legal name. You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person for the purpose of creating a takabd account.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming or sports betting services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by takabd or any other gaming platform — that is currently active at the time of registration.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of takabd, or of any game provider, payment processor, or technical supplier whose services are integrated into the takabd platform.

takabd reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by the takabd compliance team will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full functionality of the takabd platform — including real-money deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free. Each person may hold only one takabd account at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. The name provided during registration must exactly match the name registered on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches are a common cause of withdrawal delays and may result in transaction rejection.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification at takabd requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — acceptable documents include a Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• A document confirming your residential address — acceptable documents include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or any official correspondence issued within the last 90 days that shows your name and address.
• Where required, additional documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, readable format. Blurred, cropped, or expired documents will not be accepted. The takabd compliance team processes KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours during normal operating conditions. You will be notified via on-platform message when your KYC status is updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. takabd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify takabd support immediately via live chat.

takabd operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonuses, and wager values are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion at any point in the takabd payment cycle.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at takabd is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad) are credited to your takabd account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the wallet provider's network. Bank transfer deposits typically take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the time of day and the processing schedule of the sending institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be submitted to a payment method registered in the same legal name as your takabd account — name-matched withdrawals are a security requirement and exist to protect account holders from unauthorised cashout attempts. Withdrawals from fully KYC-verified accounts to bKash and Nagad are processed within 2 to 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 4 hours.

• takabd does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Third-party fees charged by payment providers (bKash, Nagad, banks) are outside takabd's control and are the account holder's responsibility.
• Withdrawals submitted during scheduled system maintenance windows may be delayed. takabd will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.
• takabd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where anti-money-laundering (AML) checks flag a transaction for review. Such requests are not an accusation of wrongdoing; they are a routine compliance measure.
• Players who have received a bonus must meet all applicable bonus wagering requirements before submitting a withdrawal that includes bonus-derived funds. Withdrawals that include bonus funds where wagering requirements remain unmet will be rejected or will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion.

takabd offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash game titles. Each product category operates under a set of specific rules that governs how bets are placed, how outcomes are determined, and how winnings are calculated. By placing any wager on takabd, you confirm that you have read and accept the rules applicable to the specific game or market you are participating in.

Cricket Betting: All cricket betting markets on takabd — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by individual market rules published within the sportsbook. In-play betting is subject to live odds that may change rapidly. Bets accepted before a market is suspended are honoured at the odds shown at the time of placement. takabd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error has resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed.

Live Casino: Live casino games — including Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — are provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). The rules of each game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. takabd is not responsible for interruptions to live game sessions caused by the game provider's infrastructure. Disconnections during a live game session that result in an incomplete round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy.

Slots: Slot game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are disclosed within the game information panel. takabd does not modify the RTP configuration of any slot title beyond the parameters permitted by the game provider.

Crash Games: Crash games including Limbo and Butterfly Blossom operate on provably fair algorithms. The multiplier outcome of each round is cryptographically verifiable by the player using the seed values displayed in the game interface. takabd does not have the ability to manipulate the outcome of any provably fair crash game round.

takabd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes to registered account holders. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general principles apply to all takabd bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of real-money or bonus-money wagering that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Person: Only one bonus of each type may be claimed per account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Minimum Deposit: Where a deposit match bonus requires a qualifying deposit, the qualifying deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the promotion terms. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from specific promotions — check individual offer terms.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement; live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

takabd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players. takabd reserves the right to exclude any account holder from a promotion if there is reasonable evidence of systematic bonus exploitation or professional gambling behaviour.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the takabd platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at takabd's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one takabd account per person, household, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund your takabd account.
• Colluding with other players to fix game or betting outcomes, including match-fixing in cricket or any other sport covered by the takabd sportsbook.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to interact with any takabd game, sportsbook market, or promotional system in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or exploits any system vulnerability.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any takabd game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: bonus stacking, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Using the takabd platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing takabd support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the takabd platform.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your takabd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before submitting a closure request, ensure that your account balance has been fully withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once an account is closed at the player's request, it may be reopened by submitting a new request to the support team, subject to re-verification of identity.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you are requesting account closure as a responsible gaming measure — for example, because you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem — please inform the support team of this when submitting your request. A responsible gaming closure is treated differently from a standard account closure: marketing communications are stopped immediately, and the account may not be reopened for a minimum period of 30 days. Termination by takabd: takabd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months where the account balance is zero.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity in connection with the account.

Where an account is terminated by takabd due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited if the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or criminal conduct. In cases where termination is not related to misconduct — for example, where a player is found to be ineligible due to residency — takabd will use reasonable efforts to return the account balance to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable processing costs.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through takabd's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters. takabd's liability to any player under these Terms is limited to the balance standing in that player's account at the time the liability arises. takabd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
